Hi everyone! Everything's going great in Australia I'm making tons of new friends and I love my host family! Australia's a great country and I encourage everyone to try to get here at some point in their lives. xx Mckenna

How did you raise all the money? I've been trying to find scholarships that relate, but that's hard. haha

It is hard! I won this scholarship but the others were hard to understand. In all honesty I emptied my college fund and then sent out letters to companies around where I live telling them about my trip and if they'd like to they could make donations. Also when I left a lot of people gave me money in cards, but the college fund did most of my payment :)

What I'm Looking to Achieve.

I am looking to get sponsorships from around the community to help me pay for my trip to Australia, the program is pricey but it is something I really want to do so if you would like to give everything helps!

I would like to bring a strong relationship to my community by sharing my stories and sharing my experience with other people

I am also looking to share my experience with the community and teaching them about Australia. I would love to do youth information classes to get other kids interested so they have the option to experience such a great opportunity as well.

I would love to be able to share broader knowledge of foreign communities to my community. So I can teach about their ways of life, the culture, the different things that they do, the similarities our community has to theres.
